About the Festival

Culture, craft & celebration, one plate and one pour at a time

The Afro Beer Festival brings the sounds, flavors, and craftsmanship of the Afro diaspora to downtown Toronto for four Saturdays this September. It's a season-long gathering built around cultural display, dance, food, drink, fashion, and hands-on art — a marketplace and a stage in one place.

One season ticket gets you into all four Saturdays, with a drink and a full food plate included each week, plus access to every zone: cultural showcases, a main stage lineup of live performance, dozens of artisan and food booths, and activities for the whole family — all set in the heart of the city.

Annual Event

The Afro Beer Festival is designed as an annual cultural and entertainment event, beginning in September 2027, running across four Saturdays in downtown Toronto each festival season.

Season Pass Pricing by Audience

Standard admission is sold as a season pass covering all four Saturdays, priced at CAD $120 per pass for Canadian/local guests and USD $120 per pass for international guests. This dual pricing accounts for currency differences between domestic and international ticket purchasers and is applied at the time of sale.

Ticket Categories & Pricing

The Organizer may offer different ticket categories, promotional pricing, VIP packages, single-Saturday admission, or other options in addition to the standard CAD $120 / USD $120 season pass, subject to the terms communicated at the time of sale.

Inclusions

The season pass includes one drink and one food plate per ticket holder on each of the four Saturdays attended, plus entry to all marketplace zones, the main stage, and activity booths for the full festival season. Additional food, drink, and marketplace purchases are available on-site at the visitor's own cost.

Ticket Sales Projection

The Organizer's anticipated annual season pass sales target is approximately 10,000 paid admissions per festival year. At the standard price of CAD $120 per season pass (Canadian audience), projected gross ticket revenue at 10,000 passes sold is calculated below.

10,000 season passes × CAD $120 = CAD $1,200,000

This figure represents a sales projection only, and is not a guarantee of ticket sales or revenue. Actual revenue may vary depending on ticket sales volume, the mix of domestic versus international ticket purchases, applicable taxes, currency exchange rates, ticketing and payment-processing fees, refunds, promotions, complimentary admissions, and other applicable adjustments.
